Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you place on a chart - notes, targets, tasks, workouts, assessments, updates, and messages. You grant Polychart the rights necessary to store, process, and display that content in order to provide the Services, including to a client you share a chart with.

If you accept payments through the Services, card processing is handled by Stripe. Amounts, fees, and payout timing are governed by Stripe’s own terms in addition to these Terms. Polychart is not a party to the underlying service relationship between a provider and the people they work with.

Text messages from Polychart fall into two groups. When you sign in with your mobile number, we text you a one-time verification code; that code is part of signing in, and is sent to the number you give us.

Session messaging is optional. Booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation and reschedule follow-ups, and payment requests for sessions you book through a provider’s page are sent only if you separately opt in, by ticking the consent box shown with your session details before you book. Consent is not a condition of using the Services, of creating an account, or of booking a session: you can decline and still book, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. As the Services grow, session messaging may expand to include additional booking-related updates about your sessions, always sent by Polychart; it will never include marketing messages you have not separately opted into.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the sessions you book. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP to any message for help.

You can opt out of session messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by contacting us at hello@getpolychart.com and asking to be removed from SMS communications. Opting out stops session messaging only: it does not affect the one-time codes we text when you sign in, and you can always book and manage your sessions on the web by signing in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Polychart does not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes - see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how we handle your information.

You agree not to misuse the Services - including attempting to access another user’s account, interfering with the Services’ normal operation, or using the Services to store Protected Health Information (PHI), since Polychart is for non-HIPAA service providers and is not a HIPAA-covered entity.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a risk to Polychart or to other users.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polychart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
